Every engine is professionally rebuilt to OEM standards using only OEM components and precision machining.
Each rebuilt engine includes:
- New main bearings
- New connecting rod bearings
- New piston rings
- New pistons
- Polished crankshaft
- Honed and decked engine block
- Completely rebuilt cylinder heads
- New timing components
- New water pump and oil pump
- New OEM Land Rover gaskets, seals, bolts, and assembly hardware
Not Included:
External accessories are not included, including:
- Starter
- Alternator
- Supercharger
- A/C compressor
- Power steering pump
- Other external engine accessories
1-Year Limited Warranty
Every rebuilt engine includes a 1-Year Unlimited Miles Warranty
Warranty covers:
- Engine knock caused by internal component failure
- Excessive oil consumption resulting from workmanship or internal engine failure
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Lack of maintenance
- Oil or coolant leaks caused by external components
- Labor, towing, rental vehicle, or incidental expenses
Any disassembly, modification, or tampering with the engine without prior authorization from Rebuilt Remastered will immediately void the warranty.
Extended warranty options are available upon request.
Installation Requirements
Proper installation is essential for engine longevity and warranty coverage.
The following are required during installation:
- Replace all coolant crossover pipes
- Properly bleed the cooling system according to Land Rover procedures
- Inspect or replace any worn cooling system components before startup
Failure to replace aging coolant pipes or properly bleed the cooling system may result in overheating.
Core Return
Rebuilt Remastered will:
- Provide prepaid return shipping
- Supply complete return instructions
The engine core must be returned in the original wooden shipping crate. Failure to return the core in the original crate or within the required timeframe may result in core charges and may affect warranty eligibility.

Transit Times: Orders process in 1–3 business days. Transit time typically ranges from 2–5 business days depending on destination.

Delivery Inspection: Please inspect freight shipments for external damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
🔄 Simple Core Return Policy ($0 Upfront Core Charge)

No Upfront Core Deposit: We do not charge a core deposit upfront. However, returning your old core within 30 days is required to keep your 1-Year Warranty active. Failure to return the core voids your warranty coverage.

Any Condition Accepted: Your core can be in any condition (cracked blocks, spun bearings, or blown heads are fully accepted)—it simply needs to be complete with all original components attached.

Packaging Requirements for Return:

Engines: Must be drained of all fluids and returned secured inside the original Rebuilt Remastered crate.

Differentials & Transfer Cases: Must be drained of all fluids and boxed in the exact same way they were received.
